The drop-in centre at 41 Barkly St Ballarat East has been established to support and benefit all ex-serving and serving members and Veterans of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and allied forces, their families and supporters.

The centre, through creating a safe and family friendly social space, provides welfare and advocacy services for veterans and their families, serving and ex-serving ADF members and can facilitate access to government entitlements and professional support.
